Charity Paranormal Evening
On Friday 19th February 2010 clairvoyant mediums and paranormal investigators will be teaming up to raise money for the Food For Life charity in Mumbai, who provide food, clean water, medical supplies and provide some basic education for children in one of the most impoverished cities in India.
Historical Hauntings
The venue is the historic 900 year old St. Mary's Guildhall in Coventry, which has a very rich history and is believed to be one of the most haunted buildings in the Midlands, with connections to Mary Queen of Scots, William Shakespeare, George Eliot and William Makepeace Thackeray.
The charity vigil is being organised by paranormal practitioner and vigil medium Abi Haylor from AH-HIT, who has enlisted the services of Midlands mediums Anji Wylde, Jo Allen and Barbara Chamberlain; along with paranormal investigator Mike Mckeown from Haunted Gatherings and local historian Leigh Waite.
Derek Acorah has kindly donated two tickets for his theatre show as a raffle prize. Signed books have also been donated by David Wells, Barbara Chamberlain, Angela McGee, Jacky Newcomb, Colin Fry and Lisa Williams.
A Worthy Cause
All proceeds from this special charity event will reach children of Mumbai and actually make a difference to their lives. The team aim to raise at least £500 to put two children through school for one year. The event is planned to run from 7:30pm till 5:00am the next morning.
